During the day, Ruth is immersed in the world of performance and theatre-making. At night, she is part of the Slow Sex team as a devoted participant and space holder. Ruth arrived at the doors of Kokopelli for her first Slow Sex Evening in December 2023. It was a time marked by deep heartbreak, loss, and death, and she came seeking hope. Within this space, she encountered many gentle, loving hands, including her own, that touched her in a way that helped her move closer to her own beautiful becoming.

It is both a pleasure and an honour for her to practice the art of being present for Slow Sex participants, supporting them in whatever they may be going through. She brings deep listening, curiosity, and creativity to the beautiful souls who arrive seeking to reconnect with some part(s) of themselves. Ruth firmly believes this work helps us move into a deeper loving relationship with ourselves, and through that, with others and the world.
