Welcome to the jungle of intimacy

The world outside doesn’t always feel like the safest place to explore new parts of yourself. When you start tuning into your body, your boundaries, your truth—it can feel like trying to whisper in the middle of a storm.

That’s why we created The Practice and the Saturday Specials: real, embodied spaces where your tools don’t just make sense—they come alive.

This is where boundaries meet boldness. Where nervous system awareness meets authentic connection. Where vulnerability becomes power. In these spaces, we meet—raw, curious, and awake. Whether you're just beginning or you've been walking this path for years, there's magic in practicing alongside others who get it. We’re not here to fix each other. We’re here to see each other, fully.

And this summer, something new is emerging.
I'm writing a book—yes, finally—on sexual fantasies and how they can be used in therapy to reclaim disowned parts of ourselves. These are the shadowy, electric, often-taboo parts that quietly hold our vitality. I’ve developed a methodology that brings them out to play: consciously, safely, and with reverence.

In the upcoming Slow Sex Specials, I’ll be introducing this work for the first time. You’ll learn how to connect with these energies, how to embody them, and how to weave them into shared spaces with integrity and depth.

This is not just about sex.
This is about relating differently—to ourselves, to each other, to the parts we’ve been taught to hide.

If you're ready to go deeper, you're not alone.
We’re building a community of courageous, curious, conscious beings—slowly, wildly, together.

The Practice

The Practice is our regular meeting point—a sacred space to come back to your body, your boundaries, your breath. It’s a space for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. And the magic lies in that mix: the new eyes, the fresh hearts, the refined presence.
We slow down, together.
We listen, without needing to fix.
We relate, beyond the surface.

You’ll learn tools—but more importantly, you’ll live them. Energetic awareness. Nervous system regulation. Boundaries that breathe. Eyes that truly see. This isn’t performance. This is presence.

Come as you are.

The Saturday Specials

Rituals for the Brave. Explorations for the Bold.

This summer, we invite you into something deeper.

The Saturday Specials are immersive, extended sessions designed for those ready to go beyond the surface. These are not your typical drop-ins—they’re crafted for more time, more intention, and more depth.

Anyone can join, but a working familiarity with our approach or experience in related fields is highly recommended. The deeper the container, the deeper the dive—and your self-awareness is part of what co-creates that space.

Each Special is shaped by the facilitator’s expertise and the unique group dynamic. Even with recurring themes, no two sessions feel the same—because the people and energies present always shift. That’s why it makes sense to come regularly: each Special offers a new gateway into your inner world.

This Summer’s Thread: Erotic Intelligence & Voice Dialogue

As I write my upcoming book on sexual fantasies as therapeutic portals, I’m weaving that living research directly into this summer’s Specials. The work is raw, current, and designed to take you beyond talking about transformation—into actually experiencing it.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How to meet the hidden, electric, and disowned parts of ourselves

  • How to relate to them with presence and clarity—not to indulge or repress, but to understandintegrate, and liberate

  • How to approach erotic fantasy as a path to erotic intelligence—a deeper wisdom within

This work isn’t about acting out. It’s about becoming more whole. It’s about relational maturity and embodied choice.

Our Core Tool: Voice Dialogue

Our main practice framework will be Voice Dialogue, a transformative modality created by Hal and Sidra Stone. It gives you direct access to the inner voices, sub-personalities, and energetic parts that shape your behavior, your relationships, and your self-perception.

After three years of intensive study with Robert Stamboliev and Francine OomenVoice Dialogue has become the foundation of my work. These Specials are a living reflection of that integration.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Identify and explore your primary partsvulnerable selves, and disowned aspects

  • Witness how they shape your relational patterns and energetic field

  • Practice safely embodying these parts in partner work—bringing awareness, clarity, and permission to what’s often left unseen

  • Engage in guided facilitationlive demonstrations, and somatic learning

  • Transition into an open practice space where you can apply what you’ve learned, with support available throughout

The Flow

Each Special begins with teaching and facilitation, then transitions into a free-form practice space. This is where the work comes alive—where you get to experiment, express, and integrate.

Our trauma-informed team will be present the entire time to support you and maintain a held, safe, and respectful atmosphere.

Who It’s For

These are open events—but they are intended for those who can go deep.

Ideal for:

  • Regular participants of our ongoing practice spaces

  • Practitioners experienced in authentic relatingconscious sexualityparts work, or similar embodied modalities

  • People who can take ownership of their emotional experience and support the integrity of a group field

These are spaces of intensity and intimacy. A certain level of emotional literacy and self-reflection is essential for full participation.

PRINCIPLES TO REMEMBER (for every Practice)

  1. Safety is the foundation. Every exercise is framed with a strong emphasis on sovereignty, choice, and boundary-setting.

  2. Voice Dialogue as gateway. Each exercise includes an invitation to embody or speak from a specific part.

  3. Charge is sacred. You can build and hold erotic charge, but do not aim to resolve it. Let it refine awareness and connection instead.

  4. Witnessing is alchemy. The presence of another can transform shame, fear, and longing into self-intimacy.
