THE TEAM
Facilitation as Sacred Service
For us, facilitation is sacred. It is a path of service that requires presence, humility, and deep integrity.
All of our facilitators are trauma-informed and committed to doing their own inner work, so they can guide others with clarity, care, and the highest respect for each individual’s journey. We recognize the great responsibility that comes with holding space for intimate and transformative processes.
Facilitation is a calling. We hold this responsibility with reverence and deep gratitude.
Thank you for your trust.
The Alchemy of Holding Space
Holding space is more than a role—it’s an art, a practice, and a quiet devotion.
Our space holders are presence and awareness. Rooted in authenticity, they help create a living field of connection, safety, and transformation each time we gather.
They listen deeply, observe without judgment, and respond with integrity. Their grounded presence supports the group’s unfolding truth, inviting depth, honesty, and healing.
All our space holders are trauma-informed, personally trained and mentored by Katjalisa, the founder of this movement, with the loving support of senior facilitators Anneke and Elena. Together, they help shape the vision and mission that guide our work.
We meet regularly as a team in circle—sharing, reflecting, and exploring important themes—so that we may continue to grow in clarity, alignment, and presence.
Mastering the art of space holding is also a necessary foundation for those who feel called to step into facilitation. It is both a preparation and a path—deepening the capacity to serve from presence, not performance.
These are the people who hold the sacred container for our spaces:
